Signs of New Life
The weather may be wet and cold but the Snow Drops we planted up the drive are showing through well.
I came back again as it was such a relaxing interesting visit a few years ago. Great to be remembered and spend an pleasant evening chatting , listening to Edwards fascinating knowledge of local history. Ask to see the little box of historical artefacts they have.
I stayed in the pink room again, overlooking the extensive grounds. The bed just softly supports you. The bath is huge and hot. Wifi is free and works in the room. I have noticed that this is not true in many older houses as the walls are so thick.

A beautiful house, great food, welcoming environment, friendly, knowledgeable and very hospitable hosts... all set within the stunning Shropshire countryside.
A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break.

As Ros said, when you arrive you'd think they'd be posh and snotty, but they're not, not at all, they really make you feel at home from the second you go through the door.
Edward and Ros, greeted...
