I stayed at the Isle a couple of nights a week for 8 months whilst working in the area. Ros and Edward were great hosts, making me feel very welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfasts great - nothing was too much trouble no matter how busy they were. I would recommend the Isle as a great place to stay whether doing some work or exploring the area.
This was the most wonderful place to bring a horse. We rode out each day for two hours on the estate without putting foot on a road. After recently getting married abroad and looking to have a blessing in our local church in Bicton. At the same time we were looking for somewhere we could take back a few guests for pictures and drinks, i found the Isle Estate online and saw how beautiful the grounds looked!

Just spent three nights enjoying the home of Ros and Edward Tate. They were extremely hospitable and made us all feel at home. Lovely home grown and cooked three course meals were provided every evening and were washed down with wine we had brought! Lovely surroundings and masses of animals everywhere was a winning combination for me.
A beautiful house, great food, welcoming environment, friendly, knowledgeable and very hospitable hosts... all set within the stunning Shropshire countryside.
A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break.
